Homeowner Reviews

Johnathan is the man you go to for anything with your roof or gutters. Incredibly agile, proactive communication, extremely polite and knowledgeable. Goes over and beyond. Available 7 days a week and responds at all hours.

My roof got destroyed by hail. Nicholas took detailed photos of all the damage, gave me a game plan, and I sat back while his team worked their magic. I ended up with a brand new roof, gutters, and a new garage door.

An amazing experience from start to finish. Professional, responsive, and completed the job with great attention to detail. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations and made the whole process stress-free.

Erik was never pushy or salesy. He answered all my questions and made the communication with my insurance company very smooth. You can tell they genuinely care about doing things the right way.

Nelson and Jonathan kept us informed from the initial inspection, through the claim process, and on install day, sending updates and pictures of the progress. We trust Prestige Roofing.

Knowledgeable, responsive, and took the time to explain everything clearly instead of making me feel pressured. I'd definitely recommend this company to anyone in the McKinney area.
